New Delhi: The Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon sets a unique tone by celebrating T20 World Cup getting underway from September 19 with tongue ticklers galore at Bar Zen. Cricket enthusiasts can watch their heroes in action on big screens and chomp through the unlimited appetizers and beer or unlimited IMFL beverages in just Rs. 899 + taxes. The arrangements promise to be elaborate for the sporting extravaganza. While cricket is in the air, guests can sip their favorite drink amidst the exciting atmosphere and enjoy the perfect combo of food and drinks with the offer available for just Rs. 1799 + taxes during the screenings on dinner buffet. “As the fours and sixes go flying on the field, those looking forward to cheer their favorite team, gorge on delicious food and sip on chilled beer can head to Bar Zen. The whole idea is to provide the guests unlimited fun and enthusiasm after a hard day of work to witness the spectacle” says Rajneesh Kumar, F&B Manager, Bar Zen.

Mayor praises the footballing talent of Mumbai as he announces young stars will travel to London

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the names of the successful youngsters on the first day of his trade mission to India. Sadiq was attending the ninth annual finals day of the Mumbai Soccer Challenge and watched a challenge match to win the inaugural Mayor of London Cup. He confirmed that, for the first time in the scheme’s nine-year history, two girls as well as two boys will be heading to London. The Mayor was joined at the finals day by Bollywood screen legend and the co-owner of Mumbai City football club, Ranbir Kapoor, as well as the Chairman of Queens Park Rangers, Tony Fernandes.
