Volkswagen launches the all-new Touareg in India

Volkswagen, Europe’s largest car maker today announced the launch of the all-new Touareg.

The new generation Touareg will be available to customers in the diesel variant in automatic transmission, at Rs. 58.5 lakh ex showroom Delhi. Sales of the all-new Touareg will start from end of September.

The Touareg will be available as an FBU equipped with a 3 litre V6 TDI engine – the most powerful & efficient engine in its class – that delivers a maximum power of 245PS@3800-4400rpm and an impressive torque of 550NM@1750-2250rpm. The engine of the Touareg integrates a host of technologies aimed at delivering an optimal balance of performance, exceptional drivability on all terrains and a fuel mileage of 12.08 kmpl (ARAI certified).

The Touareg is equipped with 3Litre V6 TDI engine with a maximum power output of 245ps@3800-4400rpm and a maximum torque of 550 Nm @1750-2250 rpm with a 8 Speed automatic transmission.

Exterior :The all-new Touareg integrates a host of radical technologies aimed at delivering an optimal balance of performance and exceptional drivability and is 41mm longer, 12 mm wider.The Exterior is equipped with18 inch “Karakum” alloy wheels,Roof rails, Panoramic sunroof,Bi xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights.

Interior: The Touareg gives you the luxurious sense of individual freedom, even in everyday motoring. The panoramic sunroof gives you a gorgeous view of the sky with the pleasure of driving it.

The Interior is equipped with: The “Vienna” leather upholstery, “Premium” Multifunction display, “Vavona” ornamental wood decorative inserts for dashboard, door trim panels and center console, Footwell lamps front & rear, Two piece front center armrest, movable with storage compartment.
