Cross, the iconic writing instrument brand established in the United States in 1846, and Torero, their exclusive global licensee was awarded the Red Dot Design Award for the Cross Grabado Tech+ leather Wallet at the Red Dot Award Ceremony which took place on 29th June, 2015 in the beautiful town of Essen, Germany.

The Cross Grabado Tech+ wallet has been placed at Red Dot Design Museum in Essen, Singapore and In Taipei, Taiwan. Often referred to as the Nobel of Design, the Red Dot design awards, held since 1955 is arguably the biggest design award in the world. The competition is open to several categories including technology, applications, automobiles, fashion and accessories. Some of the prize-winners include companies such as Siemens in 1995, Apple in 2001, BMW in 2007, the Bose Design Centre in 2008, Porsche in 2012, and Lenovo in 2013.

The Red Dot Design team of designers have honourably mentioned the Grabado Tech+ wallet's design for "a particularly well executed aspect of design work". The Grabado Tech+ wallet is an anti-theft and loss proof accessory, which is encoded with a bluetooth tracker and seamlessly syncs with your phone. One can track their wallet via a downloadable Cross app available on Android and iOS, if stolen or lost. Designed and Manufactured in India, The Cross Grabado tech+ wallet is a wonderful example of 'Make in India'.
