33 Indians coaches attend FIFA Senior Coaching Course

Mumbai, August 7: A total of 33 AFC ‘A’ License coaches for across India are presently attending the FIFA Senior Coaching Course under the supervision of renowned instructor - Islam Akhmedov from Uzbekistan, at the Cooperage ground.
Akhmedov, a former India Under-19 Head coach and Youth Development Head, AIFF, is being assisted by Richard Hood, ‘A’ License Coach and also Youth Development Head, AIFF.
The emphasis of this Coaching Course is on teaching and explaining new techniques and methods to the certified coaches. It would also help to develop home grown coaches and help them understand development and improvisation on already learnt techniques.
