Mumbaikars kick off “Clean Shores” Drive at Versova Beach

Present to support the cause were Erik Solheim, United Nations Under-Secretary-General and Head of UN Environment and Aditya Thackeray, Leader and Chairperson of the Shiv Sena and President of Yuva Sena . The website was lau nched under the patronage of His Highness Sayyid Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, Minister of Heritage and Culture during a gala dinner that was hosted on the sidelines of the 2nd UNWTO/UNESCO World Conference on Tourism and Culture that was recently held in Muscat.
