Bank of Baroda launches its first Contact Centre for NRI Customers

Bank of Baroda launched its First Contact Centre at its Zonal Office, Lucknow to make banking more convenient for its NRI Customers. Initially, the contact centre will inform NRIs about information regarding NRI and other value added products offered by Bank of Baroda. It will also endeavor to provide information regarding Investment opportunities, FEMA / Taxation provisions on investment and other value added products of the Bank.
The contact centre was inaugurated by Shri Ranjan Dhawan, Executive Director of the Bank in the presence of Senior Officials of the Bank.
