About ‘Bighdey Nawab’
‘Bighdey Nawab’ is an establishment run by
Golden Falcon Restaurant Co. Pvt. Ltd. promoted by Santosh Kulkarni. It was
established in October 2009 with the prime purpose of setting up & managing
food establishments in India. ‘Bighdey Nawab’ Restaurant, is a unique fast food
concept in Lucknowi Cuisine. What is truly exceptional about ‘Bighdey Nawab’ is
the quality of the food with tongue tantalising dishes, prepared by one of the
leading Lucknowi Chefs in the region, are presented in a tempting style, currently
available at Sion, Vashi, Thane & Kandivali (Pure Veg).
Santosh Kulkarni was responsible for setting
up a Chinese Fast Food Restaurant Chain for a local business group in Dubai,
United Arab Emirates. He lived in Dubai for over 15 years & returned to India
in January 2007. There he was involved right from conceptualization to managing
the chain.
For the Bighdey Nawab chain Santosh Kulkarni
was fortunate enough to obtain the recipes of key house blended masalas from a
popular chef from the family of official cooks for the Nawabs of Lucknow for
generations. The preparation of the key ‘Masalas’ are essential to bring out
the authenticity of the food.
Executive Chef Manbahadur has trained under
expertise of Chef Imtiyaz Qureshi of ‘Dum Pukth’ restaurants, part of the ITC
Hotels. Chef Manbahadur is responsible for arranging the staff, developing the
menu & it’s costing, providing the technical expertise & training to
all the staff. His invaluable experience of 25 years allows ‘Bighdey Nawab’ to have
a competitive advantage over many of the other establishments.
‘Bighdey Nawab’ will deliver’s five star
treats at affordable prices. The ambience is rich and inviting and compliments
the sumptuous spreads available. The focus of the restaurant will be delivery
and takeaway of Indian food. We will be positioning ourselves as an Indian
‘Gourmet’ Restaurant / Take Away / Delivery or QSR (Quick Service Restaurants)
& will be targeting middle to upper middle income customers. The ‘Bighdey
