This Mothers’ Day, KALKI Fashion decided to provide an unforgettable experience to the priceless women who make us what we are today.
#MomIsWorld, a social media contest commenced on 29th April 2016 struck an emotional chord with the audience. They were asked, “Why is your mother your biggest inspiration. There were numerous entries by participants who spoke their heart out in a single comment.
The contest garnered widespread attention across all social media channels; it has been overwhelming to receive such positive response from around the country. The stories, incidents and their mother’s life struggle to see her children happy, priceless! 3 winners got a chance to gift their mother a makeover and photo shoot. The excited and nervous mothers walked in to the store not knowing what’s going to come next.
A stylist from the team walked up to these special women and helped them to pick the right outfit for their style and body type.
The makeover partner Arshis Jhaveri showed his magic on the beautiful women and voila, they were transformed into princesses dressed in flawless outfits. The feeling was just so right, the mother was surprised not being able to believe how she looked and the daughter couldn’t have been happier than this. Next was the photo shoot. Lights, camera and all the attention was the most overwhelming experience for the mothers. Each and every mother in the world deserves attention and a chance to pamper herself. KALKI truly enjoyed every bit of this experience.
