Volkswagen India introduces its First Express Service Facility for Customers

Mumbai, November 30, 2015: Volkswagen, Europe’s leading car manufacturer launched an Express Service facility for its customers for the first time in Indian market at its Coimbatore dealership.

With a large display area for cars, representing Volkswagen’s global brand standards, and highly trained aftersales staff, Volkswagen Coimbatore is geared to provide an efficient and world-class experience to its customers. The dealership has a state-of-the-art equipment workshop with 44 work bays and 75 parking bays which will enable servicing of more than 2500 cars in a month.

 In the next 12 months, the Express Service facility 
to be   available across key Volkswagen dealerships in India

The express service program is specific to periodic maintenance of the cars. Basic design of the program is focused on increasing the productivity and efficiency of technicians. It will also reduce the turnaround time for vehicles to get serviced further adding to the customer convenience.

On this occasion, Mr. Michael Mayer, Director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars, said, “Volkswagen’s Express service program has been developed keeping in mind that sustainable success for the company is only possible with excellent service and a high degree of customer satisfaction; and here at Volkswagen, we want to lead the industry in this area. With the introduction of this program we will provide a hassle-free service experience at our dealerships by ensuring quality service in a short span of time. In the next 12 months, the Express service facility will be launched across key Volkswagen dealerships in India in a phased manner starting from Coimbatore and followed by Gurgaon and Chennai.” Express service can be availed with no additional cost to customers.
